By downloading, installing, or using Tinyspace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Términos de uso ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Tinyspace is a mobile application that compresses photos and videos on your iPhone to reduce storage usage. The App processes all media locally on your device without uploading files to external servers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tinyspace. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Free Características: Tinyspace offers certain features at no cost.
Premium Subscription: Additional features may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription pricing and duration are displayed in the App before purchase.
Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your photos and videos before using the App's compression features. While Tinyspace is designed to preserve visual quality during compression, we recommend keeping backups of important media.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Tinyspace and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
Tinyspace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that compression results will meet your specific expectations in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tinyspace and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, media files, or storage content arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
