Tinyspace ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Politica sulla privacy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.
Tinyspace is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
Your photos or videos. Any personal media on your device. Your photo library metadata. Image contents or thumbnails. Location data embedded in photos. iCloud account information or credentials.
All compression and optimization happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers.
Analytics Data: We may collect anonymized, non-personal usage data to improve the App, such as: app launch frequency, feature usage statistics, device type and OS version, crash reports and performance data. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Tinyspace premium features, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.
Tinyspace performs all photo and video compression directly on your iPhone. This means your media files are never uploaded to any server, no internet connection is required for compression, and your original files remain under your control at all times.
The App may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. These services collect anonymized data only and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share any personal data or media with third parties.
If you use iCloud Photo Library, Tinyspace works with locally available photos on your device. The App accesses your photo library through Apple's standard Photos framework with your explicit permission. We do not access your iCloud account directly.
Since we do not collect personal data or media, there is no personal data to retain. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months to improve the App experience.
Tinyspace does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation or personal data entry of any kind.
You can revoke photo library access at any time through your iPhone's Settings. You can delete the App and all associated local data at any time. You may request information about any anonymized data we hold by contacting us.
We may update this Politica sulla privacy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Politica sulla privacy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
